Come every Friday of November and December at 7:00 a.m. and take a practice with Tom Austin, an experienced teacher and practitioner. A dedicated student of John Scott and Matthew Vollmer.
The class will be taught using the Mysore method. In a Mysore class each student practices at his own pace, learning one by one the poses from the sequences of Ashtanga Yoga. Beginners are introduced to a sequence of postures, which they then repeat several times (Sun Salutations). Once they memorize the given sequence, they learn new poses – one by one.
The class starts every Friday at 7:00a.m. (except Full and New Moon)
